Shane Wallin is the owner and artist at Garnet Tattoo, a tattoo shop located in Pacific Beach, San Diego. While he has over 20+ years experience tattooing, gender affirmation tattooing wasn't his initial calling.

What started as a specialization in decorative mastectomy, 3D nipple and areola tattoos quickly led to realistic nipple tattooing for patients who had recently undergone top surgery.
